Refund Policy for Services provided by Redify
We at Redify are committed to providing high-quality local SEO services to our clients. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a refund policy under the following conditions:
- Non-Completion of Promised Performance: If we fail to deliver the performance as promised within three (3) months from the start of the project, you may request a refund. We will provide a prorated refund based on the amount of work completed.
- Technical Issues: If we are unable to proceed with the work due to technical issues or any other issues that we cannot resolve, you may request a refund. We will provide a full refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellation by the Client: If you decide to cancel the project before completion, we will provide a prorated refund based on the amount of work completed.
Please note that we reserve the right to evaluate each refund request on a case-by-case basis, and refunds will only be provided if we determine that we have not met our obligations as outlined in the service agreement. Additionally, refunds will be made using the same method of payment that was used for the initial payment.
